Join us on a 18 (+/-) mile ride on Block Island. This is an all-pace ride. You can ride with us at a C pace or go on your own and meet us at the Mohegan Restaurant and Bar later if you like. The 18-mile route is fairly hilly with a 925 vertical climb, but you can alter it to your own preferences. The ferry leaves Montauk at 9:00am, and the return ferry leaves Block Island at 5:00pm. The ferry ride is approximately 90 minutes. The posted round-trip rates are $90pp + $10/bike. Parking at the Montauk ferry is $15 per day. (There may be other parking options in town.) The ferry leaves Montauk promptly at 9:00a.

The 30th anniversary of MPBC’s marquee annual event, Tour of the Hamptons, aka TOH, is a bicycle tour open to the general public to promote cycling, provide riders of all skill levels the opportunity to navigate the picturesque roads of Long Island’s South Fork, and raise funds for local charities, high school scholarships and the club’s own philanthropic programs. Tour of the Hamptons winds through the historic villages of Sagaponack, Wainscott, East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk Point before returning to its starting location in Southampton. Riders can choose from routes of 25, 53, 70 and 105 miles, all of which offer flat terrain, rolling hills, farmland, forests and mansion views along the way. Register here.
