A Bicycle Club for All Riders

THE MASSAPEQUA PARK BICYCLE CLUB is the oldest active bicycle club on Long Island. We are bike enthusiasts and friends who love cycling, as well as lots of eating and hanging out.

The club has riders at all levels, from beginner to road racing. While most of the riding is done on public roadways, there are also groups that do mountain biking in the cooler seasons.

The club advocates for the cycling community and we give back to the community in the way of scholarships, Bikes for Kids, and raising money for Long Island charities. Click here to see our GoFundMe page that we are using to help children in need.

MPBC has our own special events, including the Tour of the Hamptons and The Ancient Mariner Century Ride.

We hope you’ll take a ride with us, the first one is “free” and if you wish, please become a member. We look forward to seeing you soon!

2021 Tour of the Hamptons Cancelled

Due to the club not receiving all of the necessary permit approvals at this late date, regrettably, we must cancel the Tour of the Hamptons for 2021. For complete information, go to our TOH page.

Club Meetings

Our membership meetings are usually held on the first Monday of every month, unless it is a Federal Holiday.

At this time, we are holding Zoom meetings that begin at 7:30 PM.

MPBC Group Rides

The MPBC Board has actively discussed how we can begin to hold sanctioned club rides once again in light of the global pandemic we are all dealing with. These rides will be tightly controlled by the following restrictions guidelines.

See the Ride Calendar for ride start times and locations.
