New Ride Calendar

MPBC Ride Leaders post official club rides to this calendar on a weekly basis throughout the year.  To sign up for a ride, please provide the leader your mobile number and emergency contact using the email and/or phone number listed in the posting. Riders must be MPBC club members to attend a posted or a Show & Go ride but we are allowing one free ride for potential members. If you would like to join MBPC you can do so by using our online form found here.

Typical rides are held (Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun & Holidays) at 8:30 am in the warmer months and 9 am in the cooler months. Ride times do vary, so please check our ride calendar for actual start times.

This route passes thru various neighborhoods in Shirley, the Poospatuck Reservation, Mastic Beach, William Floyd Estate, Johns Neck Tidal Wetlands and the Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge area. It’s generally flat with light traffic in most areas, but there are numerous turns. Also, some detouring is possible due to flooding in the low lying areas. Some roads may have puddles or sand. Food stop at Hero Haven in Shirley. Ride starts at 10:00a from the Southaven County Park, 761 Victory Ave, Yaphank, near exit 56 on Sunrise Hwy. RSVP suggested, not required. Rain cancels.
