Recap Tour of the Hamptons 2022

…so we did a thing on Sunday

..and by all accounts..

..it was a smash!

Over 470 cyclists made the trip to Southampton for MPBC’s 29th annual Tour of the Hamptons. Riders of all skill levels cycled miles upon miles of rolling South Fork roads in near-perfect late summer weather conditions. Participants enjoyed routes ranging from a casual 25-mile loop to an epic century ride to Montauk Point and back. All in all, it was a good day to be a Long Island cyclist!

Thank you all for supporting this year’s Tour and its associated causes. MPBC hopes to see you next year when we hold the 30th (yes, the 30th) annual Tour of the Hamptons!

Vice President’s

Message to

Members

and

Volunteers

As Vice President of the Massapequa Bicycling Club and speaking on behalf of the board, I want to thank all our volunteers and our members for making the 2022 Tour of the Hampton’s ride a success!

I also want to thank everyone for supporting the MPBC. What makes our club great, is our members. You!!

Your support not only lets us have great rides with wonderful people, it allows the club to give scholarships to high school children, support various charities, and of course, it allows us to give bicycles to children whose parents cannot afford one.

Again. The club can do this because of you!

I cannot say it enough.

Thank You!

MPBC VP, Paul C
